1. What you're purchasing
These terms cover Aro Hā's online and at-home programs, courses, and digital content ("Programs"). These are delivered digitally. Please note that Realise Retreats is an at-home online program, not an in-person retreat — our in-person retreats at Glenorchy are governed by our separate Retreat Booking Terms.

2. Payment & access
Full payment is due at purchase. You then receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the Program materials for the access period stated at checkout for that specific Program. If you don't complete the content within that period, access ends and no refund is due for unused access.

3. Money-back guarantee (online Programs only)
We stand behind our online Programs. If you complete a Program and aren't satisfied, we'll refund your purchase — we simply ask that you finish the Program and tell us why it didn't land, so we can learn. Email your request with your order number to[athome@aro-ha.com]. This guarantee applies to online Programs only, and does not apply to in-person retreats, the Circle subscription, or physical products.

4. Change-of-mind & digital content
Because Programs are digital content delivered immediately, by purchasing and beginning to access a Program you agree delivery has begun and that you no longer have a change-of-mind cancellation right once access has started. This does not affect the money-back guarantee above or your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

5. Live sessions
Where a Program includes scheduled live (Zoom/Facebook) sessions, missed sessions aren't refundable or transferable unless we agree otherwise in advance.

6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are made in NZD and generally appear within 3–5 business days. For purchases made in Bitcoin, refunds are made in NZD at the retail value at the time of purchase; transaction and exchange fees are not refunded.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any concern should first be raised with us directly at [athome@aro-ha.com] so we can try to resolve it informally.
